Leaders of Tomorrow Recognizing that "children are the leaders of tomorrow," and that their success,,relies, in part:.on the active participation and involve ment of a, community, NOAH recently developed a "Leaders of Tomorrow" program which functions as a mentoring system for Haitian students seeking guidance and advice in harnessing their career path. Through this program, Haitian professionals in vari ous disciplines are presented as role models and are matched with promising young students to 'actively monitor their progress, and give them a sense of purpose and direction as they define and develop their careers.
