Improvement of the Jacmel Water Supply System Building upon its success with the Pointe-a'-Raquette Relief Program, NOAH has teamed again with HAFED to undertake a project to improve the quality of the water supply in the city of Jacmel. NOAH's principal role is to identify potential investors and the prepare an investment plan based upon the principles and objectives inherent in "Rebuilding Haiti for a Brighter Tomorrow."
