Image Building Campaign To enhance and promote a new image and understanding of Haiti, NOAH is producing a video on the history and culture of Haiti. This video will be made available to universities, schools and libraries as a educational tool and resource. The video will also be available in CD ROM and accessible through the Internet. NOAH has targeted a completion date of late 1997 for this project.
